By accessing or using WesenAI's Amharic AI platform ("Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

WesenAI is operated by TE Web Solutions, Inc., a corporation registered in Nevada, United States.

3. Alpha Testing Program

You understand and agree that during Alpha:

• The Service is experimental and may contain bugs or errors
• Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice
• Service availability is not guaranteed and outages may occur
• Your feedback helps improve the platform for all users

You must not provide PII, confidential, or proprietary information through the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring it is appropriate for evaluation purposes.

6. Credits and Billing Policy

• Credits are discounted because the Service is in an evaluation (alpha) phase. Your feedback is important to improve the product.
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Credits expire within 6 months of purchase if unused.
• We may adjust pricing, credit grants, or credit consumption rates at any time during the alpha period.

7. Service Availability & SLO

• We do not guarantee the availability of the Service. There is no minimum Service Level Objective (SLO).
• Maintenance, updates, and outages may occur without prior notice.

8. Verification and Use at Your Own Risk

The Service may generate incorrect or misleading outputs. You must independently verify all outputs before use. You assume full responsibility and risk for any decisions or actions taken based on the Service’s outputs.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Abuse of our platform or APIs
• Sending inappropriate or harmful content
• Excessive usage that impacts service quality for other users
• Any activity we deem harmful to our platform or community

Please don't abuse our services. We are building this platform to help the Ethiopian developer community, and we ask for your cooperation in maintaining a positive environment for everyone.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Share access credentials with unauthorized parties

The WesenAI platform, including all AI models, APIs, and documentation, is the intellectual property of TE Web Solutions, Inc. You retain ownership of content you create using our services, but you grant us the right to use your inputs to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

Given the alpha status of our platform, WesenAI and TE Web Solutions, Inc. provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as we develop our platform. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
